We’re looking for a Receptionist | Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team here in Altona and be the friendly face of our business. About The Role As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a professional and positive experience. This role combines reception duties with administrative support, offering variety and the opportunity to work closely with our Customer Care Manager and broader operations team. What You’ll Do Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome Manage the phone system and direct calls to the right departments Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Schedule and monitor meeting rooms Review sales paperwork and complete file checks Book customer EDGE appointments and tours Order engineering, window schedules, heating/cooling layouts, and energy reports Assist with following up soil surveys, pre-lodgements, and verify land availability with developers Provide Administration Assistance to Burbank Management Team as required.
